Experienced Analyst – Investment Banking, Global Services

Guggenheim Securities is seeking an experienced Analyst to join its Global Services investment banking team in Atlanta. You will support deal teams in providing advisory services to private equity firms and corporate clients, with a focus on sell-side M&A engagements. This role offers significant exposure to senior bankers and clients within a collaborative, high-growth environment.

• Support deal teams in financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Perform company and industry research to develop client solutions
• Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers and clients
• Develop in-depth understanding of M&A deal processes
• 1-3 years of investment banking experience required
• Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
