Analyst, Corporate Finance

Greystar is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support senior leaders with actionable insights and manage the corporate balance sheet for strategic growth. This role involves underwriting, portfolio management, financial reporting, and assisting with capital markets transactions.

• Underwriting and portfolio management of employee coinvestment funds
• Financial reporting for bondholders and Board of Directors
• Support capital markets transactions and capital allocation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in finance with 1-2 years of experience
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
