Senior Engineering Program Financial Analyst

Supernal is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Financial Analyst to partner with the Engineering team, overseeing program-level purchasing, financial planning, and spend governance. This role requires strong analytical skills to drive visibility into R&D and Engineering financial performance, manage purchasing workflows, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Own tracking and analysis of Engineering and R&D program spend
• Analyze committed, actual, and forecasted costs and identify variances
• Oversee purchase request and requisition processes for budget alignment
• Serve as a subject matter resource for purchasing workflows and financial controls
• Develop and deliver insight-driven reports and presentations for leadership
• Identify gaps in workflows and lead process improvement initiatives
