Financial Analyst

Guardian is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Group FP&A team. In this role, you will support consolidated expense planning, reporting, and strategic analytics, partnering closely with various departments to deliver actionable insights and influence financial outcomes. This position offers a unique blend of executive reporting, operational rigor, and forward-looking analysis.

• Own consolidated expense planning and executive reporting
• Develop strategic expense analytics and business case support
• Manage unit cost reporting and performance metrics
• Oversee product allocation methodologies
• Support transformation initiatives and product strategy
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and participate in system enhancements
