JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join their Investment Sales Advisory Team in Denver. You will provide strategic real estate solutions, conduct market research, and assist in financial analysis for multifamily asset sales. This role involves financial underwriting, preparing client proposals, market research, and managing transactions from marketing through closing.
What we are looking for
6- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for commercial real estate transactions
- Prepare financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies
- Underwrite transactions using market data and JLL comps
- Prepare pitch decks and investment sales advisory packages
- Collaborate with the Capital Markets team on client presentations and financing alternatives
- Assist in due diligence, marketing, and closing processes
