SENIOR BUSINESS ADVISOR, STRATEGY; Advisory Services - Calgary

BDC is seeking a Senior Business Advisor, Strategy to provide expert strategic guidance to entrepreneurs and executive teams. This role focuses on enterprise-level strategic planning, growth acceleration, and transformation for small and medium-sized businesses. You will lead complex advisory mandates, manage project outcomes, and contribute to business development efforts.

• Lead complex advisory mandates for entrepreneurs and senior leadership teams
• Manage enterprise-level strategic planning, growth acceleration, and organizational effectiveness
• Act as a trusted senior advisor during periods of ambiguity and transformation
• Support business development and revenue growth through client pursuits
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in consulting
• Proven experience in business strategy consulting with M&A and PMI
