Financial Consulting Supervisor - Family Office

RSM is seeking an experienced Financial Consulting Supervisor to join their Finance and Accounting Outsourcing practice. This role involves acting as the accounting department for middle-market clients, managing month-end close, financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights. You will collaborate with clients' senior leadership and utilize cloud-based technology to enhance financial operations.

• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, and audit support
• Provide accounting, technology, and consulting services to clients
• Analyze financial information and offer actionable insights
• Lead and coach client services representatives
• Utilize and learn cloud-based accounting technology
• Collaborate with client executives (CEO, CFO, Controller)
