Junior Strategy Consultant (all genders) – M&A & Private Equity

Join Accenture Strategy's Transaction Advisory team in Munich as a Junior Strategy Consultant, focusing on M&A and Private Equity deals. You will guide clients through the entire deal lifecycle, from pre-deal analysis and due diligence to post-deal integration and value creation.

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets and inorganic growth opportunities
• Analyze strategic issues in Commercial, Operational, and Technology Due Diligence
• Support merger integration planning and execution
• Assist with carve-out planning and divestiture processes
• Engage with international Private Equity clients on pre- and post-deal projects
• Develop into an M&A Professional combining strategy, transaction, and transformation
