Vanguard is seeking a Workforce & Portfolio Planning Analyst to partner with stakeholders on IT portfolio investments, budget forecasting, and workforce planning. This role involves supporting annual and quarterly planning, preparing financial and workforce reports, and analyzing resource capacity to identify risks and opportunities.
