About this role

Piper Sandler is seeking motivated undergraduate students for our 2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program within the Financial Sponsors group in New York. You will gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, company analysis, and capital markets dynamics while supporting a global team that advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies. This internship offers a direct pipeline to full-time Analyst positions and is an excellent opportunity to learn the investment banking and private equity business in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for
