Strategy & Operations Manager

Caterpillar is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to provide leadership, business planning, and decision support for the VP of Physical AI Platforms & Construction Autonomy. This role acts as an operational integrator, driving execution of organizational priorities, managing operating rhythms, and improving processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective leadership execution and support strategic initiatives.

• Support leadership team operating rhythms and planning sessions
• Drive execution of organizational priorities through structured planning
• Track leadership commitments and ensure timely follow-through
• Monitor organizational performance and identify risks
• Recommend and implement improvements to operating processes
