Managing Consultant

As a Managing Consultant, you will deliver expert employee benefits consulting services and manage daily client accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving business results through exceptional service and strategic planning. This role involves leading projects, developing financial models, and mentoring junior consultants.

• Provide employee benefits consulting and client account management
• Serve as the key client contact and drive retention
• Lead and manage complex projects and client deliverables

• Minimum 7 years of employee benefits consulting experience
