Senior Analyst, Financial Account Management

Manage a portfolio of franchisee accounts, driving timely collection of receivables and supporting long-term relationships. This role involves developing collection strategies, identifying financial risk, and recommending actions like payment arrangements or termination. You will act as a key liaison between Finance and other departments, requiring strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Manage assigned franchisee accounts and collection activity
• Develop and execute account-specific collection strategies
• Identify and manage financial risk and recommend escalation actions
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve financial disputes
• Partner with internal stakeholders including Legal, Sales, and Operations
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify risks and opportunities
