Manager, TCOC Strategy

Manage the strategy for integrated kidney care to reduce total cost of care and improve patient outcomes. This role involves evaluating current initiatives, designing and executing clinical pilot programs, and partnering with leadership to deploy new strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare strategy and program management.

• Develop strategic opportunities for clinical and financial value in kidney care
• Evaluate and improve current healthcare initiatives
• Oversee design and execution of clinical pilot programs
• Partner with operators and clinical leadership for initiative deployment
• Develop data-driven narratives for senior leadership
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare strategy or program management
