Strategy & Planning Manager

Manage high-stakes, cross-company initiatives at Cisco, working directly with executives to translate strategy into action. You will clarify complex problems, align stakeholders, build operating models, and drive execution across various departments.

• Drive strategic initiatives tied to enterprise priorities like AI-era cyber defense
• Translate executive direction into clear workstreams and milestones
• Create structure in ambiguous work by defining decision rights and operating models
• Coordinate across product, sales, finance, legal, marketing, and other functions
• Prepare executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and decisions needed
• Build scalable, AI-enabled ways of working for reporting and workflows
