Management Consultant - Operational Resilience & Cyber

Capco is seeking experienced professionals in operational resilience and cyber risk to join their Financial Services sector team. You will advise clients on regulatory expectations, design resilience frameworks, and implement controls to mitigate risks. This role offers the chance to lead critical change initiatives and support high-value transformation programs.

• Deliver operational resilience assessments and scenario testing
• Support regulatory readiness for PRA, DORA, and other frameworks
• Evaluate cyber posture and third-party risk
• Define and implement governance models and reporting
• Guide tooling implementation for cyber/tech resilience
• Experience in operational resilience, cyber risk, and third-party risk
