Analyst, Investment Management & Leasing

QuadReal is seeking an Analyst for Investment Management & Leasing to support its BC portfolio of office and industrial assets. This role involves analyzing performance, supporting leasing and capital decisions, and preparing reports for stakeholders. You will gain practical experience in value creation strategies by collaborating with various internal teams.

• Support annual leasing, operating, and capital budgets
• Analyze lease transactions and monitor alignment to strategic plans
• Maintain Argus Valuation models and provide analytical support
• Assist in devising strategies for vacant spaces and engage with brokerage community
• Gather market intelligence on asset positioning and market trends
• Engage in strategic initiatives like feasibility analysis and hold/sell analysis
