• Analyze financial and operational performance of multi-family housing properties
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of monthly project costs
• Prepare monthly financial results and investigate variances
• Build financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans
• Develop financial models to forecast business outcomes and profitability
• Present analysis and recommendations to management and leadership
