About this role

Join Wells Fargo's Strategic Investments team as an Associate to support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of technology and fintech investments. You will play a key role in the entire investment lifecycle, from research and due diligence to portfolio management and value creation, working closely with experienced professionals and external partners.

What we are looking for

Support deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and monitoring of strategic investments
Conduct industry analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence
Develop and maintain financial models for investments
Prepare investment committee memoranda and transaction materials
Build relationships within the venture capital and innovation ecosystem
2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
