Credit Risk Manager

Support a large multi-family apartment portfolio as an Asset Management Analyst. You will process capital releases, build relationships with partners, research market trends, analyze property performance, and prepare reports for management. This role offers exposure to the full property lifecycle.

• Process capital releases and review documentation
• Establish and maintain relationships with General Partners
• Research rental market trends and prepare analytical materials
• Analyze performance deficiencies and develop workout scenarios
• Prepare real estate performance reports and analytics
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or related field preferred
