As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Global FP&A team, you will provide critical data, metrics, and insights to support the Traditional Services Team's strategic and operational decisions. You will collaborate with finance and functional leaders to analyze business activities, track performance, develop budgets, and prepare financial reports. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to drive growth and identify trends.

- Lead global annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Develop analytics for key operating metrics and management reporting
- Support operating groups with in-depth analysis and reporting
- Investigate and explain financial variances
- Analyze complex financial information to provide recommendations
