Investment Banking Analyst, Debt Private Placements

TD Securities is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join the Debt Private Placements team in New York. You will support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and distributing private debt financings for a diverse range of corporate issuers. This role offers exposure to complex transactions and direct interaction with clients and institutional investors.

• Assist in the execution of debt raise processes and preparation of offering materials
• Maintain transaction databases and track private placement market activity
• Develop tools and analyze market intelligence for investor targeting
• Perform financial modeling and draft client presentations
• Support senior bankers in analyzing client capital structures and valuations
• 1-3 years of experience in fixed income, investment banking, or capital markets
