Join Code and Theory's Enterprise Transformation team as a Change & Enablement Lead in New York. This client-facing role focuses on driving adoption and value realization for enterprise transformation initiatives, particularly in content supply chain, creative operations, and AI-enabled workflows. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help organizations navigate change and maximize the impact of new processes and platforms.
