Senior Financial Analyst

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making processes. This role involves administering Workday Adaptive Insights, managing financial reporting, and partnering with G&A functions to enhance transparency and efficiency. You'll gain a unique perspective on business operations by working at the intersection of financial systems and processes.

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, including user management and model maintenance
• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting processes with P&L commentary
• Partner with G&A leaders on budget vs. actuals analysis and forecasting
• Ensure data integrity between financial systems like NetSuite and Workday
• Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analysis
• 3-5 years of FP&A experience with strong Workday Adaptive Insights skills
