As a P&C Management Consulting Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives for Property & Casualty insurance carriers, focusing on reinventing Underwriting and Claims through process redesign, operating model changes, and AI-driven solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams to optimize client outcomes, shape innovative solutions, and foster client relationships.

• Lead P&C insurance transformation in Underwriting and Claims
• Redesign processes, operating models, and implement AI solutions
• Manage end-to-end engagements from assessment to scale
• Develop transformation roadmaps and drive business development
• 5+ years consulting or P&C industry experience
• Experience with process engineering and AI applications
