About this role

Join Mizuho Americas' Investment Banking team in Houston as a Summer Analyst focused on the energy sector. What we are looking for

Build financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and perform corporate finance analysis
Develop and prepare client presentations and materials
Research markets, industries, and companies
Gain expertise in energy sector and capital markets
Participate in due diligence and execution of financing and M&A transactions
Work side-by-side with senior bankers on live projects
