This role involves managing assessment missions end-to-end and delivering high-value advisory services.

• Accompany HR departments on strategic and organizational evolution
• Design and deploy assessment programs for leadership and talent development
• Manage assessment missions from framing to results restitution
• Deliver high-value individual and collective feedback
• Contribute to Talent Management projects
• Develop trusted client relationships
