Sr Healthcare Consulting Advisor

Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to large ASO client groups, insurance brokers, or provider systems. Advise on healthcare programs, medical policy, and cost drivers to improve member health and care affordability. Mentor staff and represent the company on enterprise workgroups.

• Consult with large BCBSNC clients or Blue Premier systems/ACOs
• Develop tailored business plans to impact client/provider needs
• Analyze financial, quality, and utilization data
• Identify opportunities to lower healthcare cost and improve quality
• Negotiate client/provider specific engagements and partnerships
• Mentor staff and represent the department on enterprise workgroups
