As a Management Consultant, you will drive transformation for Life, Annuity, and Group Benefits carriers by modernizing core platforms and implementing AI-driven solutions. You will analyze business problems, design practical workflows, and contribute to the delivery of impactful change across the insurance value chain.

- Support business and technology workstreams from discovery through implementation
- Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations
- Design end-to-end workflows across the Life & Annuity and Group Benefits value chain
- Develop requirements, process maps, and other implementation-ready artifacts
- Contribute to AI-enabled workflow design and integration with digital platforms
- Build trusted working relationships across client and Accenture teams
