Financial Analyst II

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support the Customer Channels Group. This role involves forecasting, tracking, and initiating customer incentive payments, performing variance analysis, and collaborating with a finance team to solve issues. You will also work with internal departments to implement contracts and prepare standard reports.

• Forecast, track, and initiate customer incentive payments
• Book month-end customer incentive accruals
• Perform monthly variance analysis
• Implement new contracts with internal departments
• Prepare standard reports for customers and Sales Team
• Problem solve multi-system variances
