About this role

Teledyne FLIR Defense is seeking an experienced Accounting & Program Financial Analyst to support defense programs. This role involves partnering with program managers and leadership to provide budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. You will support monthly financial close, analyze costs, monitor program performance, and ensure compliance with financial policies and government contracts.

What we are looking for

Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
Support monthly and year-end close processes
Design and maintain financial analysis tools and reporting frameworks
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor project budgets, actuals, and forecasts
