Sr Financial Analyst

TIAA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist with preparing audited financial statements and regulatory filings for TIAA Trust, National Association. This role involves day-to-day accounting, driving regulatory reporting, and completing month-end close activities. The analyst will also identify inefficiencies and build automated solutions, collaborating with various internal teams.

• Prepare GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Manage quarterly Call Reports with the OCC
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting
• Complete month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Respond to audit, compliance, and tax requests
• Identify inefficiencies and build automated, scalable solutions
