Investment Banking Associate, M&A

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising strategies. You will execute transactions, manage junior team members, and contribute to the growth of Citi's Investment Banking franchise.

• Assist in M&A execution and capital raising activities
• Provide strategic advisory services to clients
• Manage and mentor junior analysts

• Create financial analyses and track industry trends
• 5-8 years of relevant investment banking experience
