Lead Financial Analyst

Applied Materials is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support their SPG segment. This role involves driving forecast and close cycles, providing financial insights, and supporting decision-making through collaboration with business unit finance teams and Corporate FP&A. You will lead reporting and analytics, improve processes, and translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.

• Lead development of dashboards and reporting tools
• Partner across business unit finance teams and Corporate FP&A
• Drive process and systems improvements for forecast and actuals cycles
• Deliver high-quality analysis and financial narratives
• Provide decision support through ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling
• Own headcount and labor modeling
