Analyst/Associate, Financing Group, Global Banking, Asia Pacific

Santander's Global Banking division in Asia Pacific is seeking an Analyst/Associate to support its regional financing franchise. This role involves providing a wide range of financing solutions and working closely with various internal and external teams on transaction execution and portfolio management.

• Support origination, structuring, and execution of diverse financing transactions
• Prepare financial analysis, models, credit analysis, and transaction return analysis
• Assist with client presentations, market updates, and transaction documentation
• Coordinate due diligence, internal approvals, and closing activities
• Monitor existing transactions and support portfolio management
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or structured finance
