Compensation Analyst-HYBRID

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Compensation Analyst to administer and evolve compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and commissions. This hybrid role involves partnering with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights, conduct market analysis, and support job leveling to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

• Administer base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, spot bonuses, and commission plans
• Develop and maintain pay structures, salary grades, and compensation guidelines
• Partner with leaders and HR teams on compensation decisions
• Conduct market analysis on competitiveness, trends, and pay equity
• Evaluate positions for consistent job leveling and compensation alignment
• Analyze compensation data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
