As a Financial Analyst at Johnson Electric, you will partner with leadership to drive informed decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support cost-improvement initiatives within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

- Partner with plant and regional leadership on financial planning and forecasting
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide business insights
- Support cost-improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Develop and improve financial reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments preferred
