Analyst, Global Investment Banking, Leveraged Capital Markets

Join RBC's Leveraged Capital Markets team in New York as an Analyst. You will support the syndication of debt transactions, prepare financial analysis and marketing materials, and manage order books for various financing needs. This role requires a strong understanding of capital markets and finance, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Support syndication of Leveraged Loan and High Yield debt transactions
• Prepare pitch, marketing, and offering materials
• Assist in preparing non-deal roadshow schedules and investor targeting
• Maintain order book on live transactions
• Liaise with sales and trading desk
• Partner with investment banking coverage and product groups
