Sr. Financial Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions

DaVita is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their high-volume Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role will support all development and growth efforts, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. The position is primarily remote and offers opportunities for internal career development.

• Build complex Excel valuation models for acquisitions and divestitures
• Evaluate deals using discounted cash flow analyses and metrics
• Create pro forma income and cash flow statements for joint ventures
• Manage due diligence process, including site visits and data collection
• Create presentations and proposals for various stakeholders
• Work with legal teams on negotiation and drafting of agreements
