Principal Consultant – ERP DOMAIN (Senior)

Lead complex business transformation engagements as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, driving ERP-enabled digital transformation with a focus on AI integration. You will shape enterprise strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful implementation from strategy through execution, while cultivating client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

• Advise C-suite executives on enterprise strategy and digital transformation
• Lead AI-embedded business transformation in core ERP processes
• Design future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Develop business cases, investment analyses, and value realization plans
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
