Director, R&D Finance

Twilio is seeking a Director of R&D Finance to partner with Product teams, driving investment prioritization and R&D portfolio optimization. This role will lead forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support to ensure resources are allocated effectively for growth and return on investment.

• Serve as finance partner for Channel and Engagement Experiences Product teams
• Drive product investment prioritization and R&D portfolio optimization
• Lead forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support
• Establish standard for ROI analysis and lead business case development
• Translate long-term product strategy into a financial framework
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 financial analysts
