Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at Colliers, you will provide critical financial analysis and underwriting support for a leading Senior Living and Healthcare Investment Sales team. You will be involved in all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from initial analysis to due diligence and client presentations, working collaboratively with brokers and other team members. • Analyze and underwrite financials for income-producing assets using ARGUS and Excel
• Conduct market analysis and pull rent and sale comparables
• Assist with due diligence and verify findings
• Manage lease abstraction and maintain reports
• Prepare presentation packages and offering memoranda
• Present financial models to brokers and clients
