Join our Investment Banking and Capital Markets team as a Fintech Associate in New York. You will support the execution of live transactions, including M&A and capital raising, for fast-growing FinTech companies. This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced financial analysis and build relationships across various product teams.
What we are looking for
6- Support execution of live M&A and capital markets transactions in the FinTech sector
- Prepare detailed presentations, memoranda, and financial models
- Perform financial valuation using DCF, comparable transactions, and LBO analysis
- Analyze corporate and financial information and conduct due diligence
- Collaborate with product teams such as DCM, ECM, and cash management
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members
