Registered Client Service Associate (Houston, TX)

Raymond James is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst I to join their Energy team in Houston, TX. This role involves formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, and evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios. You will participate in all aspects of the transaction process, from drafting sessions to due diligence meetings.

• Develop financial models for debt and equity financing
• Perform valuation methodologies including DCF and comparative company analysis
• Provide input for equity offerings, private placements, and M&A
• Research, analyze, and document transaction elements
• Develop client presentations
• Assist with recruiting and training junior staff
