Senior Financial Analyst

JLL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence within its global commercial real estate platform. This role involves advanced financial modeling, strategic analysis, and collaboration with senior leadership to influence investment strategies and operational efficiency. You will prepare financial reports, analyze performance, support cost-saving initiatives, and mentor junior analysts.

• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Leasing, and Operations teams
• Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes
• Partner with senior leadership for board presentations and investor materials
• Mentor junior analysts and enhance financial operations
