Analyst, Finance Business Partner

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner to join their Technology Finance team in Bogota, Colombia. This role focuses on supporting the company's internally developed software portfolio by managing the software capitalization lifecycle, evaluating technology initiatives, and ensuring compliance with accounting guidance. You will partner with various teams to provide financial guidance, analysis, and reporting to enable informed decision-making.

• Evaluate software development initiatives for capitalization eligibility
• Manage end-to-end software capitalization governance and reporting
• Partner with Technology, Product, Finance, and Controllership teams
• Assist with annual budgets and monthly forecasts for software capitalization
• Provide financial reporting and insights to management
• Drive process improvements through automation and analytical tools
