Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Vertex is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to partner with leaders in our clinical development organization. You will provide critical financial insights, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and build analytics to support strategic decision-making. This role is key to driving financial performance and achieving our mission of creating transformative medicines.

• Manage financial performance for clinical development functions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop analytics to support investment decisions and track financial risks
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial direction and insight
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the Finance organization
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 6+ years of experience
