Associate Director, Strategy Associate

This onsite role in East Hanover, NJ, serves as the core strategy project manager and analytical lead for US Business Strategy. You will convert ambiguous business questions into structured workstreams, fact bases, insights, and recommendations for executive review. The position requires managing workstreams, analysis design, stakeholder input, synthesis, presentation development, and action tracking.

• Structure workstreams, analyses, interviews, workshops, and deliverables
• Coordinate functional strategy inputs and pressure-test functional plans
• Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, portfolio, financial, and operating model inputs
• Prepare US LT-ready recommendations and strategic options
• Manage stakeholder follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action tracking
• Support transition from recommendation to execution
