Associate, Corporate Finance team, Investment Banking

Join Citi's Investment Banking team in Hong Kong as an Associate, where you will execute capital markets transactions, with a strong focus on Hong Kong IPOs. You will manage the full transaction lifecycle, working closely with clients and advisors to ensure successful deal completion.

• Execute Hong Kong IPOs and other corporate finance transactions
• Manage transaction phases from due diligence to closing
• Liaise with clients, advisors, and regulators
• Draft and review transaction documents
• Minimum 3 years of relevant corporate finance or capital markets experience
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
