Director, Technology FP&A

Reddit is seeking a Director, Technology FP&A to provide strategic financial leadership and partnership to the Engineering organization. This role involves driving financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization for technology investments, including cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader who can influence business decisions and improve financial processes.

• Partner with Engineering leadership on financial modeling and investment decisions
• Own financial forecasts, annual operating plan, and long-range plan for technology
• Track and optimize cloud hosting costs and workloads
• Provide strategic input for business decisions through complex financial models
• Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals
• Experience in FP&A with cloud infrastructure and cost analysis
